Who we are
This website is operated by Forge Workflow Holdings Limited, a company registered in England, company number 17283129, with its registered office at 172 Stafford Street, Wolverhampton, England, WV1 1NA. In these terms, “we”, “us” and “our” mean Forge Workflow Holdings Limited, and “you” means the person or business buying from us.
What we sell
We sell digital automation blueprints. Each product is delivered as a download and may include workflow files, setup guides in PDF format, and webhook payload templates. We do not sell physical goods and nothing is shipped.
Placing an order
Adding a product to your basket and completing payment places an order. Your order is accepted when we make the download available to you, and a contract between us is formed at that point. We may decline an order, in which case any payment taken is refunded in full.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown on each product page and are payable in full at the time of purchase. Payment is taken through our payment provider, and we do not store your card details. We may change prices at any time, but a change never affects an order already placed.
Delivery
Products are delivered electronically, immediately after payment is confirmed. If a download does not reach you, contact us through the contact form and we will supply it.
Your right to cancel, and why it ends at download
Because our products are digital content supplied immediately, your statutory right to cancel within 14 days does not survive the start of the download. At checkout you are asked to consent to immediate delivery and to acknowledge that doing so ends your right to cancel. The download does not begin until you give that consent.
This is why we describe each product in detail before purchase. Read the product page carefully, and if something is unclear, ask us before you buy rather than after.
What you may do with what you buy
Your purchase gives you a licence to use the product within your own business, across as many of your own workflows as you need, for as long as you like. You may open the files, edit them, extend them and build on them.
You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, share or publish our files, whether in their original form or modified, as a product or free resource of their own. You may not use them to create a competing library of blueprints for sale.
We retain ownership of everything we supply. You own your licence, not the underlying work.
What we promise, and what we do not
We take care that our products are as described and fit for the purpose set out on the product page. Nothing in these terms affects your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 if you are buying as a consumer.
Our products are designed to run on third-party platforms, including Zapier and Make.com, and to connect to other services we do not control. We cannot promise that those platforms will remain available, keep their current features, or continue to work the way they did when a product was published.
A product page states the plan level a product requires, and it is your responsibility to hold a suitable account on the relevant platform.
You are responsible for testing any automation before you rely on it, and for the data it moves on your behalf.
Our liability
We do not limit our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law does not allow us to limit.
Subject to that, we are not liable for business losses, including lost profits, lost data, lost business or interrupted operations, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product the claim relates to.
If you are buying as a consumer rather than for business purposes, we are liable for loss that was a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms.
Suspending or ending access
We may suspend or withdraw access to our website or products if you breach these terms, in particular the licence restrictions above.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The version that applies to your order is the one published when you placed it.
Law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. If you live elsewhere in the United Kingdom, you may bring proceedings in your own jurisdiction.
Contact
Use the contact form on our Contact page and we will respond to the email address you provide.
