Our products are digital files delivered instantly, so once a download has started we cannot take the product back. We do not offer change-of-mind refunds. We do refund where a product is faulty, not as described, or never reached you.
Before you buy
Every product page sets out what the product does, what files are included and what platform plan it requires. We would rather answer a question before a purchase than process a refund after one, so use the contact form if anything is unclear.
When you buy
At checkout you consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge that this ends your statutory right to cancel within 14 days. This is a requirement of the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 for digital content, and it is the reason the download does not begin until you agree.
When we will refund you
We refund in full where:
- the download failed and we cannot supply the files
- the files are corrupt, incomplete or will not import
- the product does not match its description on the product page
- you were charged more than once for the same product
When we will not refund you
We cannot refund where:
- you have changed your mind or no longer need the product
- you bought the wrong product by mistake, though contact us and we will try to help
- your automation platform account does not support the features the product requires, where the product page stated what was needed
- a third-party service the product connects to has changed, been withdrawn, or is unavailable
- the automation works but does not fit your process in the way you hoped
How to request a refund
Contact us through the contact form within 30 days of purchase. Tell us which product you bought, the date, and what went wrong. Where the issue is technical, describe what happened when you tried to import or run the files, since that usually lets us fix the problem outright, which is faster for you than a refund.
We respond to every request. Where a refund is due, it goes back to the original payment method, and your bank or card provider decides how quickly it appears.
If we cannot agree
Your statutory rights as a consumer are unaffected by this policy. If we cannot resolve a complaint between us, you may seek advice from Citizens Advice.
